Call Campaign

Automated outbound voice broadcasts to reach a contact list at scale.

Call Campaign, at a glance

Some messages land harder as a voice call than a text, urgent reminders, time-sensitive notices, or campaigns aimed at audiences who don't reliably open SMS. A call campaign (also called voice broadcasting or an outbound IVR blast) automatically dials your contact list and plays a pre-recorded message, with per-number reporting on whether the call was answered, went to voicemail, was busy, or wasn't picked up.

Get in Touch

This is a different tool from a robo call used for one-to-one order confirmation. Call campaigns are built for reaching a list at scale in a single push, the voice equivalent of a bulk SMS send, and are commonly used for things like public service announcements, appointment or bill-due reminders across a full customer base, event invitations, or urgent operational alerts that need to reach people faster than a text might be read.

How a call campaign runs

You upload or connect your contact list, provide (or have us record) the voice message in Urdu, English, or both, and set the campaign window. The system dials through the list automatically, respecting retry rules for busy or no-answer numbers, and gives you a report showing answered, busy, failed, and no-answer counts once the campaign completes.

Call campaigns vs. SMS campaigns

SMS is cheaper per send and better suited to anything the customer needs to keep or refer back to, like a code or a link. Voice tends to perform better for audiences less likely to read a text promptly, older customers, rural audiences, or urgent situations like an outage notice or a same-day appointment change. Many businesses run both channels together: a call campaign for the initial push, with SMS follow-up.

Industries that rely on call campaigns in Pakistan

Real estate developers running society/plot announcements, utility companies notifying customers of outages or billing deadlines, educational institutes reaching parents for fee reminders or event notices, and political or advocacy campaigns doing large-scale voter or member outreach are among the most common users of voice call campaigns at volume.

Scheduling and campaign windows

Call campaigns can be scheduled for specific hours to avoid dialing customers too early, too late, or during prayer times, which matters for response rates in the Pakistani market. Retry logic can also be configured, so a busy or unanswered number gets a second attempt later in the campaign window rather than being marked as failed on the first try.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a number doesn't pick up?

You get a report showing pickup, no-answer, and busy status per number, and can optionally trigger an SMS follow-up automatically.

Can I schedule a campaign for a specific time?

Yes, campaigns can be scheduled in advance or sent immediately.

Is there a limit to list size?

No hard limit, call campaigns scale to your contact list size; larger lists are typically spread across a call window rather than dialed all at once.
